Für unsere Familie (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, 5 und 2 Jahre) war ausreichend Platz in 2 großen Schlafzimmern und einem Wohn-Esszimmer. Das Apartment war sauber, die Betten bequem und die Bettwäsche angenehm. "Wie der check-in ablaufen sollte, wurde überhaupt nicht mitgeteilt. Nur durch eine Email wurde man informiert, daß die Kurkarte vom Hotel Vierjahreszeiten in Bensersiel verteilt wird. Erhalten habe ich diese nie. Der Schlüssel lag ohne vorherige Information auf der Theke der unbesetzten Rezeption des Hotels und die Adresse stand drauf.
