「The hotel quality does not match the price at all, about 600dollar per night, but the quality of the hotel facilities, such as the bed and shower room design, is horrible; there is no door for the shower, and the water was splashed outside when you are taking a shower and you feel cold too. The shower head is high and you have to raise your head to avoild your hair wet. For example, the desk light was broken. Furnitures are old... Never come again.」

「We have stayed here before, and it was a great experience. However, our second time not as good. I feel like the cleanliness could be better in such a high priced and nice downtown facility. Bathroom floors looked dirty, and one of the two beds was very creaky every time you moved on it. The toilet seat had been tightened crooked so you were sitting on the underneath part if you sat on the toilet. However, the beds felt very clean and the large window is very nice on a high floor.」

「This property was filthy, gross, disgusting!!! We left and got a nice room elsewhere. You should not recommend this place to anyone!!!!」

「All the staff treated us like their guests. They all were very kind , very polite , and showed genuine concern for our comfort. When in that area , we will stay there again.」

「The property had a few items in my room that didn’t work like the phone the shades of the window didn’t open. I could never get connected to the WIFI, and the microwave didn’t heat food proper. Lamps in the room would not cut on. Was very disappointed from the previous time I stayed at the same hotel in February of 2026.」

「Staff was pleasant especially the woman who ran the breakfast buffet. They kept our room clean when our 4 sons messed it up everyday. They could have better laundry service options, just 1 washer 1 dryer in the main floor. Great location next to everything. Wish the pool was open, it’s only seasonal. 」
