"Nice hotel. Nice lobby. Good staff. Breakfast is excellent. Very clean and well maintained. Location is not the best and it is about 15 minutes walk from the city center. It should not be a problem if you can walk. Uber for €10 can take you there. We didn’t use the subway although the station is about 4 minute walk only."

"We stayed only for one night so can’t review everything. I was a bit worried after I saw reviews on Google, but everything was OK. The hotel overall is a bit old school looking but room was very clean and comfortable- absolutely no issue with that. Staff on reception also super nice. We did not have a breakfast there or tries other facilities so can’t comment on that. Overall, good value for the price, would go there again for short stays."

"Our first trip to Austria was made even more special by our stay at EST Hotel Palais Chotek. We were surprised to learn this is a brand-new hotel inside a beautiful historic building. Everything felt fresh, spotless, and beautifully designed. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Marvin, the concierge, warmly welcomed us, helped with our luggage, and made us feel right at home. The staff was friendly, efficient, and took the time to show us the hotel and explain the amenities. Our room was immaculate, comfortable, and luxurious. The breakfast buffet was outstanding—even my wife, who usually isn’t a fan of hotel buffets, loved it. Our eight-year-old daughter enjoyed it as well. If you’re visiting Vienna for the first time, I highly recommend EST Hotel Palais Chotek. Beautiful hotel, outstanding staff, and an unforgettable experience!"
