Camilla on reception and every other member of staff went above and beyond to rectify the problems we experienced and for that reason alone I am giving the Vienna Plaza 5 stars. "The rooms are large and well appointed, including a large balcony with seating. The hotel is on the 5th and 6th floors, so an elevator up to reception. The breakfast provided lots of food options."
