「Nice!near the beach!」

「Nice place .. everything was good,no problem with the parking,nice pool」

「It was not on the beach I'm handicapped and it was @1mile to walk to the beach the breakfast was ok it was the exact same thing everyday housekeeping was terrible we had a pile of dirty towels and they handed us clean towels」

「Will never stay here again! Let’s just say staff doesn’t know how to accommodate children who are nonverbal and tell them to shut up, when they don’t understand to keep their voice down. Hint, hint they are non verbal a staff member at the front desk who had a tooth missing decided to tell my nephew rudely to shut up when he doesn’t understand. The professionalism was not there and therefore we will not ever stay here. Sad how a lot of kids are nonverbal now and staff needs better training on...

「Based on our room rate we expect a bit more than we found when we arrived. Not an awful place, just not planning to be a repeat customer at the price we paid this visit. Would consider if it were half the price we paid.」

「We enjoyed our ocean facing room om the 5th floor. Great view and comfortable room. The breakfast buffet with omelet bar was especially fun and enjoyable. Easy access to the pool and path to the beach so all very comfortable and convenient. I would definitely stay with Sleep Inn again. Also a good location for stores and shops and restaurants!」

「They allowed pets」

「I liked everything about it however, On Expedia I choose the king room allowing pets which was more assuming it included pet fee then was charged an extra 75 when arriving. Then was told I didn’t have to choose a pet room. Very gimmick like.」

「My hotel stay was nice. All of the front desk staff were friendly, except for one young lady who I wasn’t that impressed with. The room was clean. Housekeeping missed cleaning my room one day, but were great the rest of the week. I was pleased that it really was close to the beach since this was my first time in Gulf Shores. I would stay here again. I will definitely return next year!!」
