"We paid, as you can see. We turned up around an hour after booking to check in. We were completely ignored by passing staff regardless of the fact that there were four of us standing around with our bags to check in. We eventually got greeted by an abrupt member of staff. "Convenient city centre location, but quiet inside hotel, apart from a nearby clock tower which chimes every 15 minutes and can be heard from inside. Rooftop restaurant and bar with lovely views. Modern room with high ceilings, AC and fridge in room. Room 4/5 because bathroom was very small, no coffee machine, robe or slippers (as you usually get in other hotels in this price range)."
