「Room smelled like bug spray. Shower floor was slippery from the start and I’m older and worry about falls already. Otherwise love that room very soundproof to outside noise. 」

「Dirty sock found in bed as soon as I flipped back the covers. Makes me think that all they do is flip up the covers after someone leaves and fluff up the pillows. The desk clerk was nice enough to let me change rooms to an upgraded room. There was also no coffee available in the breakfast area. At least there was coffee in the room. 」

「The facilty smelled nice and was clean. The room was clean and well stocked with quality travel-sized products. The pillows and bed were comfortable and the temperature was well-regulated throughout the facilty. I have stayed at more expensive places that were not as well-kept and have also (recently) stayed at places with MORE stars that were no where near as nice. Perfect stay before your flight out of town. 」

「The Omni Las Colinas is a wonderful place for family and business occasions. We stay often. Great service, very nice amenities, always clean and the whole area around this place on the canal is scenic. 」

「So I was hesitant when I seen the outside. But when we got to our room it was nice. It had all the basic necessities. A fridge, stove ( either I didn't get how it worked or it didn't work ) A coffee pot, toaster, dishwasher and all the dishes, lots and pans, utensils etc. Microwave too. I liked the bathroom. Very spacious. Nice shower. The floor was stained with wear and tear I believe, but wasn't a big deal. There was one little water bug in the bathroom but it was super small and wasn't a...

「The front desk gentlemen was extremely helpful and welcoming. He made our check in super easy. When my husband asked for a convenience store to get milk for our baby he offered to give us some. This was great because we were exhausted. He made our night that much better.」
