「My experience has been so wonderful im staying here again tonight 」

「First, I called the hotel shuttle to pick me up at the airport. I waited for an hour and no one showed up. Second, the keypad of the room phone was totally inoperative, I couldn’t use for dialling and even to the front desk. I complaint and the front desk staff told me no one would fix. Third, a number of guest brought the glass and beer to the pool side, and threw the glasses on the floor, debris and blood in the poolside area. Fourth, I reserved shuttle bus to the airport scheduled at 8:30am,...

「The room was very clean and check in was easy. We left at 4 am to go to the airport, so we do not know about the breakfast. We were not able to use the shuttle since there was snow on the ground. I wish we were aware of this prior to coming so we could arrange transport. We did appreciate them allowing our car to park in the back parking lot until we returned. For the price, I recommend. 」
