I understand that there was a winter storm however the hotel was cold. There was no shuttle. I selected the hotel because it had a shuttle and they wouldn’t run the shuttle.The room was dirty. The staff at the restaurant was very good. I do appreciate that they changed my checkout time however I couldn’t stay at the hotel because it was so cold.

My 7 year old found a Vape device in our room along with a pair of dirty socks. This to me showed the lack of thorough cleaning prior to our arrival and it made me question everything else. Additionally, the headboards are faux leather and peeling very badly leaving black debris all over the pillows. Also, our AC in our room never worked for the 2 night stay. One of the main reasons we chose this specific hotel was for the pool as I wasn’t sure of the weather and I have 3 little kids so I wanted a “nice” indoor pool. This was everything but nice. It was closed the first day of our trip. When it finally reopened the middle of the next day, it smelled SO horrible. Additionally, the fitness room was closed the entire stay. I have stayed at Hilton many times and this was the worst Hilton Hotel I have ever experienced. I am very sad about this because the potential is there with the main area being so beautiful. The breakfast was subpar. The front desk staff were uninviting. Hope this helps someone else before choosing this hotel.

I like always love Embassy’s breakfast buffet!! No one does a buffet like them that includes real breakfast: eggs, omelet, pancakes, sausage, etc. definitely makes the thought to stay there more of a choice to consider. Love Embassy!
