"Cabana Bay was a fun place to stay and an excellent home base for our Universal vacation. The retro theme is charming, the pools are fantastic, and the location can’t be beat.
A special thank you to the staff, who upgraded our room for my son’s birthday. That extra touch made him feel celebrated and helped make the trip even more memorable.
The biggest downside was the noise. The walls seemed very thin, and for three nights we could clearly hear a neighboring guest loudly yelling and swearing at her son, making it difficult to relax and sleep.
Overall, the staff, amenities, and location made for a great experience. Despite the noise issues, we’d stay again and appreciate the kindness shown to our family during a special birthday trip."
