「The restaurant wasn't open due to staffing, but the building was beautiful and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The inn has wonderful character you don't find most hotels these days.」

「All staff and guests alike were very very friendly. The bar area was always lively but not too loud. The location was perfect! Dining spots, grocery store and anything else u could think of all in walking distance. I would highly recommend the Brownwood hotel. You won’t be disappointed!」

The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.」
