「Lovely place in a stunning setting, would have without a doubt been 5 stars across the board until we went for breakfast. Food was very nice, but we were sat at a table that wasn’t the best situated and felt a bit close to others when better tables were available and offered to other guests but not us. Table hadn’t been cleaned properly and there were marks on the glass. Getting the attention of staff was an issue and I didn’t want to bring this up in front of other paying guests. We then sat...

「Beautiful 18th Century pub in quiet village location. Taken to room, lovely decor, big bed, bathroom was a little tired. Shower had no hot water when I tried at 4.30pm, thankfully had some the following morning. Had a wonderful night sleep, a shame some kind of breakfast is not included in the price. Welcoming staff and lovely locals. Would I stay again, yes. 」

「No door on the bathroom in the bedroom, which wouldn't be a problem if I couldn't see the toilet from the bed. If you'd like privacy when you go to the toilet, this might not be for you. But other than that, the venue is amazing and the staff were incredible」
