"I made the mistake of checking into the Hyatt in Braintree,Ma and decided to go check into the Residence Inn by Marriott which was practically next door to the Hyatt. The Residence Inn by Marriott had a great selection of breakfast options,so much to choose from including either chocolate or regular Belgian waffles that you can make using one of the three waffle makers available. The room was clean and had a full size refrigerator,stove top,microwave, glassware,plates and silverware. There was also a little area that you can purchase snacks,beverages and even a couple of choices of frozen dinners to choose from. I will definitely be checking in here again the next time that I travel to Massachusetts . "

"The shower had a handheld shower head. The silver piping was broken. Water everywhere. No one to fix it. Wrapped it in a towel and plastic bag- just to take showers. Told 2 front office people to make sure "

"Make sure all heaters are working. Ours did not. They should do better work on patching the walls in the bathroom and repaint them. The walls in the bathroom were 2 different colors. Looked awful. Maybe air out the refrigerator when it’s cleaned. The chemical smell was over whelming every time I opened it. "
