「My Standard size Ford Ranger would not fit in the garage and no other secure parking available. I had to park the vehicle side ways to get it in. No back up power to deal with load shedding. the floors were not clean. Never again」

「We were blown away by the accommodation. The first thing you encounter on arrival is a massive indoor pool of Koi (I guess that’s in the name!) The luxury and beautiful atmosphere continues as you explore the property. We would have gone swimming but the weather was a bit nippy, the breakfast was lovely with different menu each day - oh and the muffins… Le-Anne was so welcoming and made us feel at home during our stay. Rooms were clean and comfy beds made for a welcome rest. 」

「Our presidential suite was absolutely superb with a great view over the golf course. Everything in the room we could have wished for, plenty of space and huge dressing room. The staff in check in were friendly and informative. They presented my 4yo with a teddy and rose which made her day. We ate lunch, breakfast and dinner in Nova. Food was big portions and very flavourful would highly recommend. I had a massage at the spa which was relaxing, a really pleasant area. All facilities were...

「Tout était parfait il y avait pleins de petites attentions qui ont rendu le séjour extraordinairement. Exemple: des petits mots sur l’histoire de Mandela tous les jours des petits gâteau tous les jours services et personnels irréprochable allant de l’accueil au gardien en passant par le service de restaurant et cocktail. Un vrai hôtel 5 étoiles. De plus, dormir dans l’ancienne maison de Mandela a rendu le moment encore plus unique. Merci pour tout je le recommande fortement. 」

「The picture looks better than the real thing. Everything in the room was old and it's quite cool to be stay in winter even the heater is on. The shopping centre is just opposite to the hotel and we had great fun there. But shops closed at 5 and supermarket closed at 6 in Joberg. So go out earlier . Staff is helpful. All in all, we just get what we pay for.」
