"Tea and coffee is only warm for breakfast despite asking for hot said it was the hottest they could make it. Reception on the tv is not great or the WiFi Staff are very nice."

"The facilities were very good and the staff we encountered were all great. It was busy at times in the spa, with just enough space to be relaxing. We enjoyed our morning visit to the spa more than the afternoon. Nearby Frinton beach and high street was worth a visit. "

"Two adults stayed. Used both bedrooms. Very hot but able to open windows. Enjoyed the upstairs outside deck when we were there. Useful having washing machine. Plenty of street parking, but tight spaces & don’t rely on parking directly outside. Bathroom tiny but fit for purpose. Easy walk to beach front. Thank you "
