「Everything was great except there was no hot water. Taking cold showers for 2 days was no fun. They said it was because they were at full capacity which seemed like a pretty poor excuse.」

「When we got there our room key wouldn't work we were in the single bed room since no other rooms were available. They changed a battery to door. Cable box in room was not even connected, toilet was so close to the wall it was weird and not sure what was happening with the hot water. Next day same thing room key didnt work and no hot water. I told them I wanna check out and want refund. They said they can't do that. They offered to upgrade room which we accepted since no refund was gonna...

「Very beautiful place, integrates nature within the hotel experience. Has a very good restaurant on site.」

「La propiedad esta excelentemente ubicada. Todo bastante limpio y el personal muy amable. Cobran un “fee” por la mascota. En las noches se escucha bastante ruido de los carros ya que se ubica frente a la plaza pero definitivo que volveria a quedarme.」
