"My partner and I spend a lot of weekends in Waterloo, and we usually stay at the Delta Hotels by Marriott. After a disappointing experience during our last stay there, we decided to try something different and came across Laundry Rooms on Expedia. It was actually more affordable than where we normally stay, and when we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to find that we’d booked a beautiful penthouse suite with a wraparound balcony. The space was spacious, modern, spotless, and very well maintained. The check-in process was incredibly easy, with everything being self-service, which made arriving hassle-free. Even though there wasn’t a traditional front desk, the team was quick and easy to reach via SMS whenever needed. Overall, it exceeded our expectations, and we’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in Waterloo."
