「The rooms were large and very clean. The staff was super nice and flexible. Our flight got in before check-in time. They let us drop our bags off and walk around while they finished prepping the room for us. THE LOCATION WAS TERRIFIC! 」

「The hotel's location is very good, all places you want to go are in the walking distance. The hotel staff are very friendly, especially Miss. Divyaa at the front desk who is very concerning and willing to help. When knowing I have a long flight in the evening she gave a late check out, so i could have a refreshment before flying. 「Thebhotel and room were dated and room air-conditioning was poor. The sink in the hand bath was blocked and water ran slow. Toom is a bit dark. For almost 500 pounds a night i woild stay in the Premium inn next」

All staff are very nice and helpful, we must say thank you especially to a manager of Halo restaurant (we forgot to ask for her name). She is a very nice, many thanks for her arrangement on our breakfast time on the check out day. We are definitely will visit Dublin and stay in this hotel again. Super recommend to stay in this hotel.」

「Hotel was fantastic in every aspect except both of the rooms we had (one in the front and one in the rear of the hotel) were cold throughout the stay despite doing all we could to increase the temperature via the thermostat. Back room was somewhat noisy in the early hours but was to be expected given it is in the centre of Temple Bar. Otherwise fabulous 」
