「Has to be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The wifi never worked, the breakfasts were really bad, the staff hardly spoke English, The friendliness of the front desk was absent and my room was noisy.」

「The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs during our 4 night stay. The beds were so comfortable it felt like we were home. There was Dove shampoo and body wash available to use. We booked a 2 room suite which was perfect for me and my teenage son. There was coffee, hot tea and lemonade available 24 hrs. The linens were soft they did not feel like typical hotel bedding and towels. We were pleased with our stay. We even had a view of the Eiffel Tower at Kings Dominion from our room....

「Staff charged my card twice for a supposedly card on file. I understand for the card on file for damages, but twice? Then, the following day, they charged my card again for the room after booking it through Expedia. To make matters worse, there were cockroaches in the room. I advise you to stay at your own risk, as I will never return to that establishment and flag the double transaction you made at check-in. If you’re going to collect a deposit, a hold, or for the room, you should clearly...

「The front desk staff was courteous and responsive to the request for more towels as well as a stopped toilet. We noticed in the morning of our departure that our smoke detector was missing its battery. Breakfast was poorly stocked, running out of milk as well as serving partly frozen eggs. We ate out the second morning. Though the hotel was giving a run down appearance, our beds were comfortable and and our room was clean.」

「I booked a downstairs handicap accessible room because I struggle with stairs. I got there and was told there was no bottom floor rooms or handicap accessible rooms. Will never stay there ever again. Very disappointed!」
