「The hotel was dirty and old, breakfast was cold, and the room was dusty. The water pressure in the shower was exceptional however. The surrounding area was also nice.」

It did not lock- door reader broken, hallways constantly smelled like weed, ants in our hotel room- entire 3 night stay, no bathroom ventilation- fan did not turn on at all with lights, bathroom toilet paper roll holder not put on the wall, no hand towel holder(where one should be) flickering lights all over the hotel. 「Drug paraphernalia on the nightstand. Sheets have stains , sink and room not cleaned before checkin. Left this hotel mid-stay to go to another. Expedia nor the hotel refunded my stay even though I provided pictures」

「Clean, nice hotel on north side of Richmond. Convenient to the highway. Friendly staff. Only drawback-not a lot of things right near the hotel ie restaurants etc」

「The room was not clean. There were food items under the beds and the couch. There was no shampoo or body wash. They handed me body wash with no top and filled an empty bottle of shampoo that wasn’t meant for shampoo. The outlet by the bed doesn’t work and is coming out of the wall. There is rarely a staff member available at the desk, and they don’t answer the phone number given.」

「Parking was fine they said they had hot tub or jets in the tub there were none the hotel needs serious repair needs. The sheets on the bed appeared to have not been changed, the shower head barely trickled water, the wallpaper was peeling of the walls at there seams, it was just not at all what the photos shown and was the worst I had ever seen.」

「It was a very nice and clean place. Very nice area and conveniently across the street from a Wawa. The room I gotten had a private hot tub in the room which was clean and was very nice to have. Quick check in. Would absolutely go again.」

「比较偏僻，离市内旅游景点比较远。酒店前台服务人员态度非常好，有问必答。带厨房的开放式房间对家庭比较合适，厨房有微波炉冰箱和炉盘但是没有任何厨具和餐具（不知道是不是要从前台租用？）。早餐只有咖啡茶和mif fin, 太简单了。」

「Room was dirty looked as if someone was already staying in our assigned rooms. Had to wait around for orher rooms to be cleaned which was half as, staff just was making excuses about being short staffed and seem to disregard the fact that we had prepaid for 3 rooms and only 1 room was acceptable and the others had to require a refund (which took 3 weeks) to go to another nearby hotel because the wait was getting entirely too long like 5 hours pass check in. No discount was applied, no genuine...
