"8010 W Broad Street, Country Inn & Suites, May 2026; Hotel is very run down. Elevator does not function properly and is a nuisance to deal with. Cracked glass between pool area and workout room. Had to ask at front desk for a pool towel and toilet paper for our room. All amenities were cheap quality, especially toilet paper, tissues, and small soaps, shampoo. Shower head had gap between the drywall, room curtains had holes, letting light in, bath towel was dirty/stained. Dirty carpets throughout hotel. Stairwell carpets, walls, door handles all need cleaned/replaced. Refrigerator in room was not cold upon arrival. Breakfast was just okay. Be sure to park near hotel. Neighboring business will tow you. Hotel locks their door from 11 pm until after breakfast (approximately 10 AM). Overpriced!"

"They’ve removed coffee makers from the rooms…you have to get a coffee maker from the front desk. Breakfast was very subpar this morning"

"The outside and inside are filthy. Smelled of smoke, dirty floor when we came in with someone's old hair tye still on it and tons of dirt, human scab in the bed, stains rips and cigarette burn holes in the sheets and blankets and pillow cases, mattresses extremely stained, stained towels, roaches in the hairdryer and light fixtures, broken curtains, broken bathroom door, the back of the toilet was broken and they spackled it together, a wall outlet was completely ripped out with the cord hanging out, bent/broken bathroom curtain so it wouldn't actually close and the shower curtain was stained, hair still all over the shower floor, smoke detector was removed from the wall, burn from an incense right on the ceiling fan with the stick still stuck in it, the AC was ancient and blows luke warm air, the chairs had stains and rips, had to go buy cleaning supplies and new blankets and pillow cases just to even be able to stand staying in there, the pool was not open and covered in trash and leaves, there was trash left out on the balcony and old not working appliances, there was no microwave in the room and the TV had a white line through it, the morning we left I found a baby roach alive this time and that was it we left immediately. DISGUSTING!! And the quality of ppl that look like they love there or whatever make you feel extremely uneasy and stare you down. The chain on the door was bent and almost broken off. I took so many pictures of it all but it only allows me to add 8."

"Bathtub was cracked, floor was sticky, pull out sofa had crumbs left from previous guests, front desk staff was overheard talking on personal phone about guests specifically by name, evening staff was helpful, when I addressed concerns was told there was no other available rooms. We only stayed for one evening so we cleaned ourselves and dealt with the issues. It is very loud as it is right by the highway, but it was close to our event location. Will book elsewhere if we have to come back to the area."

"Room was clean. Breakfast was okay. The usual menu for a breakfast bar. Staff was friendly and helpful. "
