「First of all the front desk was helpful but I didn’t get the room I requested The room service was not good because they expect daily tips more than once they switched out the air conditioner, they give not so clean towels. The guy working in the game room told us to leave if child less than 18 years old but i saw many under age The bartender was very rude to my wife Someone take my towels at the beach but they did not help I do not recommend this hotel」

「I got a room with smell of coloring on the wall and whole room. I think they colored the room just a few hours before my arriving. It was horrible smell. Then I asked them too change my room. They did it but there was also smelling of coloring. I tried to open the door and window to get fresh air but unfortunately out of room was more horrible. Smelling of a dead animal or something like that. The bathroom was absolutely not clean and everything was very very old. Then in the middle of night...

「We have reserved the sea view room but the receptionist gave us the standard room without informing us. I believed that he intended to foul us. After we further enquired, he upgraded us for an en-suite but the air conditioner in the room was not working well (Only fan but not cold). Although the mechanic tried to fixed for 15 minutes, it couldn’t work. I have called the receptionist again asking for changing the room because the AC was not working.
