"This place was the worst part of my egypt trip, i originally booked two nights there but ended up leaving to another hotel after one day. The hotel staff was horrible, its like all of the workers there hate their job and show it. While i was there, i almost saw a brawl between two staff members, the reception desk takes for ever to give you any soft of assistance, and once they get to you they do it with an attitude like they are doing you a favor. The electricity in the room kept going off so i had to ask for help to get it back on constantly. The breakfast was horrific. You couldn't pay me to stay at a place like this again. "

"Smallish hotel with a couple of clean well kept pools…I watched them, and the grounds being cleaned daily. Being a lone woman it is important I feel safe and I can fully recommend as the staff were professional yet friendly. Unfortunately I fell ill with a bug I caught while in England. The doctor from the pharmacy next door was brilliant and I felt fine after a couple of days. The room and balcony were kept clean and I had no trouble with the WiFi. The beach, as with many hotels in the area is not on site. However it is private to the hotel and there are daily shuttle buses. There isn’t much around locally and again there are shuttles to popular areas. The local alcohol is okay and the wine drinkable. Just! The food was good and restaurant very clean. And I’m very fussy about cleanliness especially where I’m eating. All in all I’d stay again."

"Room is clean. Staff are friendly overall and eager to help. Food was good but not many options. Beach is great. Only complaint is Omar from the animation team. He was very rude and disrespectful in his communication and was inappropriately “joking” with me even after showing my dissatisfaction with his manner multiple times. "

"The hotel was old and dated. I booked a premium room based on the picture which showed an unobstructed full sea view. When I arrived and opened the door to my assigned room I saw a roof top with solar water heaters. I asked the manager to change my room, which he did, but I should have received the room that I paid for from the beginning. The food was average at best. The furniture in the room was old and dated. However, the dive shop was excellent. Great instructor and you could dive the reef right from the dock."

"Very pleasant hotel, very well located, with extremely friendly and always attentive staff. Most of all thanks to HASSAN for his help and service. They brought me a bottle of water ( everyday ) and a fruit platter. A perfect place, with a private beach, to spend a few relaxing days in Sharm. A huge thank you to ALI at the reception, who helped me a lot and allowed me to use all the attractions after check-out (my flight was late in the evening). Thanks to everyone. I highly recommend it. 🤗🤗🤗"

"When we arrived from Cairo to Sharm El Sheikh, it was almost 9pm. The receptionist was super rude. The restaurant was almost closing. So we went to dinner. The restaurant staff were very kind. The Chef sent us a special plate of fish as all the protein dishes were already over. I paid an extra $35/- US, for a late check out as I was climbing Mt. Sinai that night. I wanted to sleep and I informed the staff that I will sleep and check out by 6pm. I had the do not disturb board on. Yet they banged on the door at 5pm disturbing me completely. The Housekeeping staff were sooo sooo loud as they started cleaning the next room that I had to get up again and tell them to keep it low. The loud music all throughout the day was exhausting. Earlier in the day, I paid for a high end body massage.. which was an absolute shame. The women just applied some oil on the body and then went and sat. She said I had to rest as I may feel dizzy when I get off the bed, cutting short the massage time. Then at 5.45 I had the housekeeping and bell staff come and knock at the door, rushing me to get out immediately. I was just finishing my packing when the staff called on the receptionist and the fellow who was there at the time I checked in, came into my room and was virtually standing inside the room space watching me pack and trying to implicate ‘get out at once’ I expressed my deep disappointment and said that I will definitely write a review on his conduct. A very bad hotel with zero courtesy. "

"We had no room in the hotel when we arrived. They transferred us to a different hotel which was really bad. Rooms smelling bad not cleaned at all. Cockroaches in bathroom, dirty linen a nightmare. "
