"Great place to stay."

"Evening clerk gave us a room that someone was already in, so we hauled our luggage back down their crappy elevator to the front desk to get another room. The new room (back on their crappy) elevator was acceptable for a 1 night sleep. Unfortunately, our room faced the highway and it was pretty loud, but the bed was comfortable. Complimentary breakfast sucked. Open from 6am - 9am and we got down there a little before 8am and the only thing left was sausage links, stale bread, a single bagel and waffle mix. Don't book this place for the breakfast!"

"We were staying for 4 nights. $515.00. First 2 days clean room. 2nd 2 days not cleaned. I had asked for soap and didn't get it. When I asked why at the end of the stay the gal on duty just blew it off and said we should have asked anyone or if we wanted our room cleaned more we should have asked for that at the beginning of the stay, they only clean every other day. I like to use clean towels and washrags. Hard to do that when they aren't even checking. The staff is only as helpful as the HAVE to be and then at checkout the gal that checked us out wouldn't even give us her name. On our final checkout receipt it didn't show the time we checked out and didn't put her name on that either. I was so mad I slid my door keys across the desk at her in so much anger. She was so dang rude you cannot imagine. Staying here is as nice as the pictures are. The pool is beautiful, I couldn't use it as I am disabled and on oxygen. The building is as clean as the pictures show. My only part is all of the desk staff look as they are angry as you walk in until you leave. They seem to forget that they should be there to greet customers. They should know that their jobs depend on it...but then again, maybe they don't. Thank you"

"This hotel smells like urine mixed with cigarettes. We arrived late at night exhausted otherwise we would not have stayed. The flooring has been updated but the rest of the room is extremely dated (feels like the 1980s) and there are no amenities in the room besides a single bar of soap. It was a difficult night and I didn't sleep well with nightmares of some kind of infestation crawling on me. Sorry to be dramatic. We had one interaction with the front office and she was absolutely delightful. I wish i could give a better review for her sake, but they really need to make some major changes to make this a place that is tolerable stay."
