"The pictures are very deceiving. Our sheets were dirty and had to be changed, we were provided 3 towels and 1 wash cloth for 4 people, and when we went to the front desk to get more towels, the woman at the front desk told us to get them ourselves. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. I would not walk around without my shoes on. In the morning we found a cockroach on the floor, killed it, and brought it to the front desk in a tissue. Since we booked through Expedia, the property couldn't help us and said to contact Expedia. I paid over $400 for a 1 night stay (in the off-season) and was refunded $52, and the property was "unreachable" many times when Expedia tried reaching out. Do NOT book here. Most awful experience I've ever had. "

"The heating/AC was difficult to figure out, as was the TV and the shower. The towels were cheap/older, and the washcloths, which needed to be requested, were old, cut-up towels. "

"The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The stairs to the second level are rusting out and falling apart. We had friends in another room where there were old cigarette butts & ash in the nightstand drawer, as well as used tissues in the dresser. Our room dust & dirt wise was clean. Front desk girl was nice but certainly did not care about the poor conditions or customer satisfaction. "

"We had to go to the front desk because the room had no heat. There was a very strong cleaning smell. I was having an allergy to either the cleaning chemicals or mold. I became sick during my stay because of it. Now that I am home, the allergy has seemed to go away. The window was dripping of condensation, which resulted in puddles of water. The bottom of the door was rotting. I would not stay or recommend this hotel. "
