"I loved the hotel. My boyfriend is in a wheelchair and even though we were able to stay in non accessible rooms, they made the entire stay mostly accessible. The only problem was they were down to one elevator and with a lot of foot traffic that means it was more difficult to get to our room and back as not everything could be done on our floor. That's the only reason you this not being fully 5 stars."
