"Lovely clean room and hotel. Breakfast service very slow and disorganised - despite booking a time for breakfast in advance, no table was available for us. Very slow to take orders and serve breakfast which was not worth the wait or the cost in any event. Overcooked eggs, tasteless sausage, dry black pudding and nothing was particularly warm. Bacon was lovely though."

"Great location. Room was adequate. Could have used more amenities in the bathroom. No plugs next to the bed unfortunately. Staff were super friendly. The attached bar was wonderful. We had an excellent dinner and breakfast at the attached restaurant at Greyfriars. "

"The staff was amazing! So welcoming and helpful. The hotel is in the best location…close to the ocean, near market street…everything is very walkable. The rooms are cute. I’m a light sleeper so ear plugs are a good idea if you need silence. We heard a lot of traffic in the hallway, but truly a great place to stay."
