「The hotel features great decor and architecture but this was undermined by a poor experience. The hotel does not have a proper events venue so it uses the restaurant to host weddings and other private events that deny access to the guests of the hotel. Hotel guests should be a priority for this type of hotel and unfortunately that is not the case. We were asked to walk to another restaurant for restaurant service and directed to eat snacks from the minibar instead. During our stay there were...

「Doormen and valet is amazing, they know what they're doing!! Check-in and check-out was a little clunky. Almost like it was their first time. Just had a weird vibe. Also the fire alarm went off at around 6am. No staff communication, no mention of it during check-out. Maybe it's normal to the staff but it wasn't normal to me. Overall, a 4 star stay at a very expensive downtown hotel. I'd try another hotel downtown before I booked here again.」

「This hotel is so cool. Such a different experience than you get with other places. We stayed in the love loft and it was wonderful. The parking was easy (and free!) and the surrounding neighborhood felt safe. My only complaints are that it was a little warm inside, the ice machine in the lounge never had ice, and the bathroom door was kind of hard to maneuver. Other than that, it was an absolutely perfect stay. I will definitely stay here in the future.」
