「This was a great place in a great location behind Tupelo Street only a short walk to core of Seaside. The management company for the property was excellent with communication and meeting expectations. We will definitely use them again and likely this specific property.」

「Grounds was very unkept. The hallway looked like a college party had gone on. Associate was folding clean towels in common table in the lobby. Breakfast food was prepackaged, not fresh made. There was still sand in bathroom and shower was dirty. AC was not easily adjustable. One positive was that the bed was comfortable. Would not stay here again.」

「Sheets had hair and sand all in them. Stains. I don’t believe they were new sheets as they had no rooms at 4:30 for check in. Floor wasn’t clean. Sand all over the counters. Trash under the bed. When I asked staff I was given two sets of sheets to change myself. I’ve contacted the hotel and Expedia did too and no response.」

We got two fresh towels our whole trip and we had to take our own trash out to the trash can in the front lobby. I’m terribly disappointed in the service we received for paying $1800 for 1 week.」
