「A great location for our stay & great facilities. 」

「It was our first overnight stay here and we were pleasantly pleased how conveniently located it was to the centre. Tea, coffee and sugar provided, a very comfortable double bed which was spotlessly clean and fresh and everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay here again. Car parking is directly opposite. 」

「After going through the front gate that should have locked I came by a dumpster full of stinking garbage. The small courtyard was filthy. The stairs going up to the rooms needed a good cleaning and refurbishing. After opening the door to the room I was surprised how small it was, 8’x8’? The shared bathroom, toilet paperless, was dingy and poorly lit. Some photoshop trickery must have been used for the pics of the place. 「The internet connection is unstable. Other than that, it’s great place to stay. Friendly and competent staff. Clean room. Great bar. The hotel is within talking distance to the Lancaster train station (ca. 13-15 min) and local bus stops (ca. 5 min.)」

「Very friendly and inviting place was there on a Saturday night so was very busy and had a great atmosphere.」

「Staff couldn’t do enough to help us. The room was impeccable quality. Our bed was comfortable, we loved the huge bath tub in the room and the welcome gifts and coffee machine added a nice touch. The only minor issues we found, was the room was extremely cold on arrival, however the room had its own thermostat which we were able to increase and quickly warm up the room. The automatic lights in the toilet and wash area were inconvenient in the middle of the night but easy to block out by closing...
