"Not enough places to eat"

"Staff offered a “free upgrade” to a junior suit, we had to wait an extra hour and a half for our room to be ready. When we got given our room the room did not look like pictures at all. Yes it was bigger but the “upgraded” room was outdated, dirty, and to be honest creepy. It was like the rest of the hotel had been refurbed apart from this room, it was hidden away down one of the corridors. The room also had an issue with a loud buzzing sound, which we complained about and thankfully we got moved to our original room booking. I don’t know how staff thought it was an upgrade. The standard room was fine, and lovely, looked like the pictures. Do not book the junior suit. "

"For the cost of a room it is absolutely superb! Incredibly helpful and friendly staff A private balcony to enjoy a coffee and a view of snow capped mountains in the distance is amazing too Very comfortable bed and a great powerful shower"

"Very modern and clean place within walking distance to central bus and train station. There is a tram stop very close to the front door. Trams and metro are extremely cheap in Sofia, and easy to navigate. They even helped me print my bus tickets to Serbia at the front desk. Would stay again."
