"This was BAD . Not sure if their system was down or if someone called out but I waited inline for over an hour to check in . The person at the front desk had to personally go in a check what rooms were Available . They kicked us out of the lobby so he can check and took forever . No ice anywhere . And. No water in the pool "

"Hotel is very dated. Almost no hot water and for some reason we ended up with an Accessible room which means there was literally no countertop on which to put anything in the bathroom. The bathroom fan is tied into the light and is extremely loud so it was very disruptive to use the restroom during the night. "

"This hotel appeared nice on the exterior. Upon entering through the front door, there was a noticeable musty smell. The lobby area was small with a limited seating area. After checking in, we waited for the slowest elevator in the nation. There were only 3 floors in this hotel. After what seemed like an eternity, we arrived on the 2nd floor. The entire hallway had a old musty smell. The floor appeared old and dirty. Our room was at the end of the hallway. Upon entering the room, there was no carpet. Everything in the room appeared old and worn out. The mattress on the bed was old and saggy. The 4 pillows were old and flat. The bathroom walls and floor appeared dirty. There was black mold on the grout of the tiles in the shower. The water pressure in the sink and shower were disappointingly extremely low. The shower curtain was short, which allowed water to flow onto the bathroom floor from the shower. There was only one lamp next to the bed. Since the air conditioner, small refrigerator and microwave were functional, the highest rating for this room and hotel was 2 stars out of 5. I won't stay at this hotel again and I won't be recommending this hotel to any of my family and friends. "
