「The pool looked very dirty so we did not use it and there didn't seem to be enough staff to keep the breakfast area stocked. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. 」

「They have an outdoor pool that is quite nice, and the beds are comfortable. The tvs dont have labeled guides so its hard to tell what you are going to end up with and the internet isnt alot of help. Floors have ripped carpet and elevator floor is damaged」

「NASTY this place looks like a drug house, disgusting is an understatement. People setting outside everywhere looked like they were drugged up The room was worse., upon entering the room smell like it had been closed and molded for years ,flip the light on and there was dirt and dust all over the floors all over everything no plug-in receptacles except for two in the bathroom and in the room, we only had one light. The TV didn’t work,we left the one lamp on and the bathroom lights in the event...

「This hotel has a policy of not checking in visitors who live within a 60 radius. A family who came to Kingsport for a graduation, was turned away. This should be mentioned on their website. 」

「Stay was great until our last day and night. Door to our room wouldn’t work and we had to be let in then morning we checked out room flooded.」

「When we arrived, staff was friendly, helped us find a great place to eat. Restaurants and about anything else a person could need were steps away. We had 2 dogs, very accommodating for them. Shower and tub were nice. A good value all around. 」

「This place is great. All the essentials you need in the kitchen. Quite neighborhood. Plenty of room and parking. The master bathroom has a rainfall shower. Very clean 」
