"When we first drove up to the hotel, I wasn’t sure if I was going to like it. But once we were greeted at the check-in counter, we were happy to be there. They were very friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and spacious (the bathroom could have been a bit larger) and the bed was comfortable. The location was great, close to everything you would want to see while in Brisbane. I would highly recommend staying here. "

"Lets start off by saying that I was booked at the SOHO then got a free upgrade to The Mercure Hotel which apparently are owned by the same company as SOHO. So this review is for that it was a very clean hotel, staff were friendly and lovely room and bed. Would recommend."

"This is a very well located hotel. The room was clean, modern and spacious. The bed was a very comfortable king size. My wife and I are not fans of open en-suites. Not much privacy. We thought that the toilet paper was way too thin and you could see through the towels. Accor hotels really need to lift their game with breakfast. It’s such poor quality. Get rid of the pancake machine and make some edible eggs . That would be a good start."
