「Nice hotel」

「Could use some upgrades but otherwise ver clean, loved the shower and I slept like a baby. Only thing I did not like was the fact that the hotel was pet friendly, do as I was falling asleep I got a good whiff of dog smell. 」

「When we arrived at the property, the front desk clerk didn't acknowledge us when we walked in and continued to type on the computer for 10 minutes until he finally asked us our name. There was no one else he was helping, just very rude! not good customer service. we stayed at a different hotel the next day and WOW what a difference! so friendly, helpful! We barely got in the door before we got a smiling hello!」

「Most of the staff was great. But really depends on who is there that day. I had a couple of people being extremely helpful and nice. but one morning we didn’t have water during breakfast and the main desk attendant just said: “there is nothing we can do about it.” But other times I had people walking an extra mile to help with the laundry machine and other things. Outside needs care. But the room was clean and the mattress was new and confortable. Breakfast was good for what it is.」

Room service, front desk, and restaurant services are prompt and friendly, while the valet service is generally good—provided if you can find a valet!!.」

「We had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend! Beautiful infinity adult pool and two other pools for family ! They had tons of activities for families/kids and adults as well (live music events everynight! Great restaurants. Extremely nice staff . I liked how there were managers walking around and the staff always picking up any trash and abandoned towels . Always tons of towels availables. Very attentive staff . Beautiful property overlooking the Hill country and golf course ! Will definitely book...
