「The accommodation is acceptable though it is not my standard of accommodation. The owners are exceptional people with great service. The relationship is like family and we became friends too. The guesthouse is really cute and more suited for young people, backpackers kind. As I'm older and seek high standard of creature comforts, it is still acceptable as everywhere was full. Phong, his wife & their 2 little cute daughters made up for it! However, 1 big setback was that it was along the highway...

「A great ocean view from room on 35th floor. Good sized room, sliding walls to add privacy for bathroom if required . The restaurant on 41st floor was the highlight, terrific meals, outstanding view, great service and very reasonable price. Pool on 3rd floor good, water nice and cool」

「Nice quiet room we had. Don’t know if you had one on other side. Staff was friendly although English was limited. At breakfast the staff very helpful. I asked for 1 hour delay at checkout but they were only able to accommodate 30min. Room are nice and clean. Since it’s holiday weekend a lot of kids. Made the pool water not as clear as you would expect. I would stay here again. 」

「À notre arrivée à l’hôtel, le service est complètement nul , une fois monté dans la chambre une heure après on a remarqué que lavabo bouché , service de chambre très nul pour moi c’est Hotel n’est pas quatre étoiles et quand je leur demande votre hôtel a combien d’étoiles il mon répondu qu’il y a pas d’étoile dont sur votre site vous avez marqué 4 étoile c’est complètement faux, je suis très déçu car votre sites à nommer 4 étoiles au lieu 0 étoile résultat on payer pour un 4 étoiles et non pas...

「Everything is excellent except for pick up guess area policy. It did not make sense when the resort did not allow our drive to drive to the front of reception area to pick up guess, even it was raining and the parking lot was far from the front desk. 」
