「It’s a real shame to feel a need to leave a negative review as this. I can honestly say that this is the first negative review we have ever left for a hotel so it is not something that we find joy in doing. 「My parents were there to celebrate my dad’s birthday, and although we celebrated a little late, they had such a wonderful experience.
