It is located in the old quarter of Hanoi where the traffic was crazy - more scooters than I have ever seen in my life and where people work and eat on the sidewalks during the day. If you want to be part of the action, this is a great location. Jimmi and his staff made our visit to Hanoi a great experience. "

Example of client service We had a booking at the opera where the tickets were supposed to be silvered at the lobby, unfortunately this didn’t work out as planned, the reception took it upon them and contacted the opera and managed that we got our tickets on time.
