「Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and beds were surprisingly comfortable for international standards. Only complaint was that cabbies found it difficult to find the place. Other than that, excellent value for the money. Highly recommend.」

「Very clean. Common area was air conditioned but it was hard to meet other people (confined). Bed in dorms was nice, with privacy curtain, small storage underneath (larger backpacks did not fit so they were in the way in the hallway). Also a cubby with key for storing away small valuables. Some people were noisy at night (talking constantly while other people were trying to sleep). Top bunk bed had convenient stairs to get in easily. Marble floor bathrooms, large clean showers. 「 房間和 環境以及廁所都很乾淨， 工作人員也都很友善熱情， 床很大 相當舒適， 美中不足的是 淋浴間蠻小的 穿脫都不是很方便， 而且 棉被的被單有腳臭味 不知道清潔人員有沒有更換？ 總而言之 還蠻推薦這一間的 ！對了現在已經沒有早餐供應了。」

「We arrived around 1am and the security guard welcomed us and helped us with the bags up to the 3rd floor. So nice and helpful. The staff made a lovely light breakfast and were so welcoming. The staff arranged a car for us to return to airport. This is a hostel but they really offered excellent service!」

「My stay was exceptional. Upon arriving earlier than check-in; the manager offered luggage storage, an efficient system with identification tags. She let me use the bathroom and even offered to allow me to use the shower if I needed. Once checked in, the room was very clean.
