"Room was dirty when we got there and they informed us they did not have cleaners or room service. The room was super dusty. I didn’t even ask for a refund I stood one night here and counted 5 roaches just in one night! I ended up booking another hotel for my stay, didn’t even bother to ask for a refund I just wanted to get as far as I could from this hotel."

"Upstairs king balcony with great view of beach and pool. Please note balcony is shared and not private. They are finally getting a new lobby and breakfast room and should be amazing when finished. The connected restaurant upgrade is great and the food is awesome. "

"Loved the room -- amazing views and comfortable bed. The AC ran a bit hot and cold, but otherwise great. This is picky, but the pool cushions and the cushions on the lobby wicker chairs felt thin. Go with a firmer filler when you decide to replace them. At the pool, I would recommend waitstaff circulate and take drink orders from the lounges. We probably would have ordered some but we were not going to walk over to the bar. On another decor note, the monkeys on the wall coverings brought me joy!"
