"Lovely property just a short walk into the centre of Bourton on the water, though beware there is a very steep hill to climb when walking back. Very spacious. Lounge and open plan kitchen could do with a bit of an update. Fabulous views across the country side and so many different species of birds to view from the very large window in the lounge. Owners very kindly left binoculars and a bird book. Extremely quiet setting. Stayed Friday to Monday and it was a really lovely break. "

"A lovely cottage with history and character. As mentioned in the listings it would not be suitable for someone very tall or with difficulties. Facilities are excellent everything you need supplied. Parking is free but beware spaces can be all taken - it states 23 hours stay - no return for an hour, so be aware there is a car park attendant around! Cottage is within easy reach of the town and Abbey. A lovely stay"

"I spent the most wonderful week at Little Lemhill Farm Cottage. The cottage is on a beautiful Cotswold farm, that is surrounded by beautiful gardens, trees and a pond. It's very quiet and relaxing. The cottage is beautifully decorated and comfortable, with the most heavenly beds and linens. Melanie is a wonderful, welcoming host, who provided a very helpful welcome book, chock full of great recommendations for restaurants and tips for the local areas. Her recommendations were spot on. "The property has the Wow factor. It was spotless and well maintained. The bed mattress deserves special mention as we both had excellent sleeps. The hosts were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Hope to return. "

"We had no hot water the whole time we were there. You cant get hold of the owner, they don't seem to care. Also there are no fans provided and the pod retains heat so it unbearable in the hot days. "
