"Very very bad experience 1) I didn’t get the room I reserved 2) there were no parking and breakfast, which I expected seeing the offer from Hotel 3) The staff toke my personal language and stuff out of the room, without asking 4) the manager was rude and impolite when I complained. I had made a reservation for 4 days but left after the second day, because they chose to put me in a little room sharing with a complete stranger. I decided to leave and I was very pissed 😤 off. "This was my second time here at the hotel and as always the staff were helpful and veryy welcoming. The most comfortable stay. The hotel it self was clean and our rooms were cleaning sooo nicely and we had a nice surprise every time with the cleaner doing something decorative with the curtains or bed. I would definitely come back again and again to this property. All the staff at reception were always smiling happy and welcoming especially Achraf."

"First on our arrival, we were welcomed by gentlemen at the door and directed me to convenient parking, then the concierge helped us check-in in a timely manner with a quick information about the hotel. The room was clean and ready with fruit plate and walnuts, almonds, cookies. Dinner and breakfast were amazing with a professional service. We would like to visit this hotel again."

"Great property all around good restaurant location is far enough to be quiet close enough to enjoy all the things that tangias has to offer. The big beautiful pool was literally a giant kiddie pool and this is over 2 weeks.. I'm assuming it's summer vacation and that's all it is but you could not use the pool it was that pack with children"

"The Riad style accommodation gave a sense of splendor and authenticity. The location was convenient being within the Medina and a 20 minute walk to the beach. The staff were warm and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. However basic in terms of amenities you have to factor in the price. There was a bit of loud building work going on which wasn’t ideal. Overall, would happily stay there again."
