「The housekeeping staff did not clean up my room until 7pm on the same day, who claimed they were too busy. And the toilet was poorly equipped」

「We chose this hotel since we landed late at night and had to goto the airport for an early flight next morning. Hotel answered to our needs for pick up and drop off, quiet floor, clean and comfy beds, and even offered to provide breakfast sandwich at 5am which is considerate but which we politely declined. As a hotel for transit purpose this is a great option」

「This hotel is conveniently located in an upscale Neighbourhood of Tashkent, close to the airport, railway station and historical part of the city. Breakfast is excellent, rooms are quiet and convenient. Hotel staff is polite and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.」

「As a family, it was not as desirable for ease of walking or crossing streets or scenic places」

「Pretty nice ~ close to the shopping mall and city park」

「沒wifi 有也連不上 早餐要拼桌 全都是圓桌 建議來住要買20g上網卡 不然旅遊必然要找資料 沒wifi太致命 我還以為自已去了復活節島或古巴 超誇張」

「The young men at the front desk were amazing. They took the time to help my husband navigate the taxi app. And got our breakfast ready for early morning travel.」

「very nice experience, but wifi connection is slow」
