This is a very good hotel. I highly recommend it. It is very close to the train station and the airport. There is a very nice pool, hot tub, and sauna in the basement. The rooms are clean, large, excellent bathroom and bed, and fast WiFi. The restaurant has a big buffet breakfast, but does not serve lunch or dinner. However, there are several nice restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk.
Fantastic spot will definitely stay again next time I’m in Tashkent. The staff was lovely, the breakfast was phenomenal and overall recommend for families and business travelers. Location is perfect

Disliked: Amenities
It was adequate, nothing more. The chambermaids did a lousy job of cleaning, neglecting to clean the toilet, make the bed properly, etc. The breakfast buffet was mediocre. The gym was tiny and poorly equipped.
The location is excellent, close to the city center, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
I would not stay there again.
Good value for the room. All the necessary amenities were available. Only thing was the room would get cold quickly and the church in front was noisy with the bells.
Clean, very spacious rooms, friendly staff, well-stocked breakfast. I recommend this hotel highly! It is located close to the airport and is accessible to the city via public transport as well.

Huge room. Very nice. Great view from the restaurant.
Convenient to the train station and the airport, walking distance to Tashkent’s excellent metro, this hotel served as a comfortable place for us during our stay.
Conveniently located as planned for my stay. The room was quite spacious compared to what I am used to, which was quite a nice surprise. Facilities and room very clean. Breakfast was fantastic with an exceptional variety of foods for choosing.
Good location , very confortable , big room extremely clean The hotel has a nice decor .Staff very nice and a really good buffet breakfast .Good value for the money.
Highly recommend!
This hotel offers a welcoming family-friendly atmosphere, complemented by an excellent breakfast and a diverse menu. The dining room staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience. The rooms are well-maintained, clean, and quiet, featuring modern furnishings and bathrooms equipped with the latest technology. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to travel throughout Uzbekistan.
They forgot to pick me up at the airport despite confirmation. Otherwise the hotel amenities and hospitality were excellent. Strongly recommended!
Able to walk to the train station.
This hotel exceeded our expectations! The buffet breakfast had an amazing variety of local foods as well as many international options such as scrambled eggs, danish, and much more. The hotel staff was always very friendly and responsive to any questions or help we might need. The rooms were large and very comfortable with beautiful views of the orthodox church across the street and the surrounding city. It is also located in a very safe and convenient part of the city. Highly recommend!

Experience of staying in the hotel was in general good.
Even though I’ve requested a high floor, I was staying at the 2F.
I’d say the hotel is decent 3 stars, but no more.
The room and bed are big.
Personally the bed is hard and blanket wasn’t so comfortable.
I admit good quality of the food and service.
Average hotel, but clean and comfortable enough. The staff was nice but not always able to attend to the few queries I made. However, they were pleasant to interact with and tried their best to understand the needs in most cases.

Disliked: Staff & service
The check-in was notably unpleasant. The front desk staff member was not only slow but also unprofessional, offering no proactive assistance. Crucially, the hotel systematically ignored every specific request I had submitted via the Expedia platform—despite having explicitly confirmed each one in writing. When I raised the issue, the staff member insisted I had never communicated my preferences, forcing me to retrieve and present our actual conversation thread to validate my claim. This was an embarrassing and entirely avoidable confrontation after a long-haul flight.
Despite my confirmed request for 2 twin beds, I was initially assigned a room with 1 king bed. Exhausted from travel, I then had to manage the room change entirely on my own—lugging my bags back and forth, exchanging keys, and re-settling without any assistance from hotel staff. The lack of basic hospitality during this process was striking.
The Deluxe room itself was mediocre at best. The beds were small and produced incessant, loud squeaking with even minor movement. Much of the room's hardware and fixtures felt nearly broken or poorly maintained. To the hotel's credit, the breakfast was delightful—genuinely tasty, with a varied and well-prepared spread. The restaurant team members were friendly, professional, and helpful. They clearly understand guest service, unlike their front desk colleagues. A great breakfast doesn’t compensate for poor staff conduct, room conditions- I wouldn’t recommend MLP to a friend.

Good staff, rooms need some attention
Positives:
Well located for the train station and the airport. Amazing breakfast
Staff were friendly and helpful and mostly spoke OK English. Generally quite with comfortable bed
Very clean- credit to the housekeeping staff
Negatives
Apparently the hotel has been opened less than 2 years, however it already looks shabby and uncared for. There were scratches and chunks broken off the furniture and cracked tiles in the bathroom. The only storage for toiletries in the bathroom was a small shelf which was almost falling off the wall. Netflix not available in my room and the TV signal kept cutting out for some channels. I would expect these facilities in a 4 star hotel
