「Very nice place, only thing I can say that’s negative, is they didn’t have just regular black tea on the breakfast buffet, only spiced tea bags. I don’t drink coffee, sooo with no tea with caffeine really put a damper on my morning wake up mood…..met a couple more people in the dining room wanting just regular black tea without all that fancy additives, when I asked the front desk they said they just buy whatever from Walmart and till it’s gone they won’t purchase anymore….hello doesn’t that...

「Overall, the hotel has an excellent location and is a great halfway stop on the way to Destin. The staff was friendly, and the front desk lady was polite and tried to help. Unfortunately, our experience with the room cleanliness was disappointing. When we first used the restroom, we found the toilet seat dirty. We called the front desk, but since it was late at night, we were told there was no housekeeping available until the morning and no other rooms were available. Eventually, we were moved...

「The pool only had 5 chairs, mostly broken; no shade. Pool water was somewhat cloudy. Breakfast hours are 6-9 in morning. Went down at 8:45 and nothing was left. They were not refilling eggs, biscuits, etc. we were there 2 nights and they would not make the popcorn either night. Rooms, especially the floors, needed a good cleaning.」

「My girlfriend sat down to pee when we got into the room and the toilet paper holder snapped off near her elbow leaving a big bruise on her arm. The hotel is overall clean. The breakfast is continental. We told the front desk about the toilet paper thing and there really wasn’t anything said. It’s close to nice restaurants. Overall it’s an okay hotel for a one night stay type of deal」

「I want to file a complaint on the Sparks manager she was very rude and unruly and told me an untruth about a situation I was looking for my medicine and she said the manager would be there I mean the the housekeeping manager will be there Thursday at 9:00 but when I went there cuz I have been calling and she was hanging the phone up in my face and when I got there she said the manager was not there he told me she didn't have my medicine」
