「Shady area」

「The room's clean and things are in good condition, but smells weird for some reason.」

「Great」

「.」

「I booked this hotel for my grandchildren because of the pool, checking in found pool closed, place mess. They said tub but got handicap shower that water ran all over floor slipped and almost fell. They are renovating noise all night couldn't sleep」

「First impressions: no elevator, steps and hallway dirty and unswept, front desk clerk hard to understand and not dressed appropriately. Room was ok, not too many amenities. Breakfast is very limited. Parking lot used by truckers, but we'll lit. Probably would not stay there again」

「The property is starting to show its age. The property needs a fresh overhaul.」

「不喜欢的是早餐可以说是沒有提供的」

「Found some kind of bug on the bed」

「The room was clean and fine. My experience was fine but the Reason for my star rating is my mother needed a handicap room. She actually called the property to confirm that she had a handicap room. The property called her several times to confirm the handicap room. Upon arrival, NO handicap room available meaning no way to shower, use the restroom etc. The Staff couldn't have cared less, just saying there was no handicap room and offered ZERO accountability or accommodation. Its the only game...

「It was so unclean that I did stay, drove home instead.」
