We stayed for a few days, No replenishment of toiletries or water, need to request and pick up from concierge. The only plus of this hotel is everyone was very courteous, polite and helpful. 「Clean and very comfortable, great shower and jet-spa bath, easy-to-operate high quality air conditioner/heat pump, and kitchenette. Bed was made to perfection with soft sheets, lovely pillows and bedding. Bus stops right outside, on the same street, with buses directly to Massey University (one direction) and Airport (opposite direction), and all other main bus routes close by. Very close walking distance to the Plaza shopping centre, department stores, fashion stores, supermarkets, and dining...
