「Mi opinión sincera , al llegar todos son muy amables, las instalaciones cómo habitaciones, baños agua emposada en al bañera, ascensores, sin aire acondicionado,baños de áreas comunes deterioradas viejas falta de mantenimiento los camastros del área de la playa la mayoría sucios, algunas toallas rotas y en el mal estado, si uno va pagar casi 600$ por noche uno quiere estar cómodo desde que llega y sentirse tranquilo eso me hizo sentir incómoda y no a gusto…」

「The room was okay but i was upgraded to a king bed from a double bed and paid a discounted upgrade fee but somehow I lost the balcony which was important to me and it was on my original reservation. The view was good. Pool view and part beach. The staff was friendly and helpful but they were understaffed.
