「This property had its day but long passed now. The spa area is very dirty. Unscrubbed tiles, unkempt grounds & outdoor common areas. The thermal pools were lukewarm, dirty, & jets not fully functioning. The lobby area and dining room are nice but staff is rude and haughty with the impression they are still in the grandiose days of yore.」

「Die Zimmer waren sauber und groß. Die Lage ist sehr gut und zentral. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Die Anlage ist allgemein sehr sauber und gepflegt. Mich hat gestört, dass ich 3 mal fragen musste bis ich endlich ein Baby Bett erhalten habe. Außerdem war die Dusche undicht. Nach der Nutzung war der gesamte Boden nass. Ebenso war das Frühstücks Angebot sehr schwach. Die gekochten Eier haben abgestanden geschmeckt und es gab kaum Auswahl weshalb ich irgendwann das Frühstück einfach...
