「My friends and I loved this property! Comfortable king sized bed. Decent size for being a studio. The unit was extremely clean. Did not hear any noise from outside or neighbors. One callout was the unit did not have any windows, but it didn’t bother us too much. Perfect spot if you want to go out on Broadway. Amazing restaurants nearby. Would come back again!」

「The only comment is that you have to go a flight of stairs up to get to loft, no elevator. Other that that a five star stay.」

「The rooms and amenities were excellent. However, there is definitely room for improvement when it comes to staff friendliness and efficiency. When we arrived to check in at 3pm, our room was not yet ready. We were told that we would receive a call as soon as it became available, but we never received any notification and had to follow up ourselves. It also appeared that only one staff member was working the front desk. She was trying to check in multiple guests while simultaneously answering...

「We booked the hotel with hopes to use the pool but we found out the day before we arrived the hotel and pool were under construction. They did give us credits to muse at the resort which was nice. Lighting in the bathroom was not great. Room smelled a little musty」

「Stunning entry is not to be missed. Our room was one of the nicest of our lives. HUGE one bedroom suite with a gigantic bathroom and amazing walk-in shower. It's a shame we were only there one night and we will definitely return.」

「The perfect spot for our bachelorette weekend! The front staff so was incredibly nice. We were able to get checked in earlier than expected and they gave us a couple goodies for celebrating the bachelorette. The hotel is a quick 6 minute walk to broadway and in close distance to lots of restaurants/coffee shops! The rooftop was also really nice. The only downside I didn’t love about the rooms were the sliding doors on the bathroom, we would’ve liked to have a little more privacy in that aspect,...
