「There is no reception desk at this hotel so you have to contact them on the day to say when arriving. I did this and arrived within 15 mins of my estimated time but there was no one there when I got there. I then had to ring the hotel and a friendly female arrived very quickly. This hotel only had rooms and no other facilities. The bar restaurant was closed and only opened for breakfast the next morning. Basically the hotel was just rooms. My room on the ground floor which was for people with...

「We have stayed here many times and I would have given it five stars. However, we looked forward to our evening meal after a very long drive. Booked a table for seven, the restaurant had only two or three tables occupied. We gave our order, after one hour still no food and we noticed how busy with happy eating customers there were. Of course we complained, they forgot about us. Very upsetting and not a nice experience, at least they did not charge us for our coffee!!!」
