"This hotel is in a wonderful location, close to the beach and the many restaurants on 5th Ave, the staff was very cordial and helpful. We loved that there was so much parking and that it was free. Although we didn’t use the shuttle we think it is a great option for guests to have. There were a few things that we didn’t like, the hotel room we stayed in had at times a very strong urine smell. We assumed that it might be the bathroom but the smell was not coming from the bathroom. We then realized that the hotel is pet friendly, which is awesome, but this may be the cause for the strong urine smell in our room. The bathroom and room were very clean. However, after staying there for three days, we noticed that the floors had not been swept and there was a lot of hair, sand and dust collecting on the floor. The water pressure in the shower was also very low. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and this property is beautiful and at a great location. The room was overall cleaned and the beds were comfortable. The room was also a very good size and we had ton of space to place our luggage, making the stay more comfortable. I also really loved that the staff had something different for the guests every day in the lobby. You can tell that they really care for the guests and keeping the ambiance of the hotel."
