"We booked a room through the website and it was a breeze. Due to Google error, I also confirmed with the staff over the phone and they were very kind.
We got two people bedroom w/two Queen size beds. Room was spacious but a little lack of storage.
Comfortable beds, good size shower, despite the fact the sink & mirror are at the 'hall' right outside the shower, weird. I haven't seen any pool or other amenities, but consider the price for two people and an 'on-spot' reservations, it was a good deal & stay.
Will defiantly recommend and will go back in the future."

"This is a dated property, but they do a good job with what they have. The room was clean, looks to be new flooring. A nice touch is the continental breakfast. The location is close to IU campus, and plenty of parking was available. One note for improvement, the shower head did not have good water pressure and the water was warm, but not hot, which would have been better."

"No hot water. Phones in the entire hotel did not work. Tv did not work. Checked in. Was in room at 10:30pm. Another hotel guest and her daughter entered my room with a key! They said it was the SECOND room they had been sent to with someone else already in it! Went to front desk (had to physically go since phones didn’t work. Clerk didn’t seem to think it was big deal nor did the”general manager” the next day. Was told at one point I wasn’t even registered at the hotel. And in the next breath was told I was registered to a room on the first floor when I was on the fourth. Not ONCE did anyone apologize for the “mixup “. "

"My room had stains on the carpet. The bedding smelled musty. Bathroom is very tiny. Shower was very slippery with no mat. Blow dryer didnt work either. Shower curtain was dirty. "
